The Underwriting Assistant is primarily responsible for the acceptance of risks and computation of premiums for insurance coverage based on existing tariffs and related guidelines. She/He is also responsible for providing operational and clerical support in the processing of applications for insurance coverage for all lines and sureties coverage and underwriting activities of the department.

• Graduate with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or any related course
• At least 6 months to a year of experience in the Non-Life Insurance industry but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
• Good oral and written communication skills
