Job description:

The Motorcycle Retail Accounts Specialist supports day-to-day sales operations by servicing partner stores, monitoring area performance, and executing product and trade initiatives. The role ensures accurate implementation of programs, strengthens partner relationships, and contributes to sales and collection outcomes within the assigned motorcycle sales area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Business-related course is an advantage)
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, field servicing, or account management
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Must have a valid Driver's License (Code A & B)
• Flexible to do field work
• Strong communication and relationship management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular store visits and maintain strong partner relationships
• Monitor sales performance and support collection activities
• Execute product promotions and trade programs
• Provide product orientations and assist partner stores
• Prepare reports and resolve operational concerns
• Flexible in Trade Servicing for MotorProtect Stores tagged to Pioneer San Fernando and Pioneer Subic
