Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience in corporate/B2B insurance sales

Knowledge of corporate insurance products, such as:

- Group life insurance

- Group health/HMO

- Property and casualty insurance

- Employee benefits

Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, client presentations, proposal preparation, and closing deals.

Ability to build relationships with HR managers, business owners, executives, and corporate decision-makers.

Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to meet sales targets and generate new business accounts.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline and client accounts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Professional, confident, results-oriented, and customer-focused personality.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities through strategic prospecting

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure

Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and sales pitches

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client business needs

Maintain accurate pipeline records, forecasts, and activity reports in CRM systems

Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with prospective corporate clients

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Support onboarding handoff to ensure a smooth transition for new clients
