JOB DESCRIPTION

• Evaluate claim documents and the reasonableness/fairness of claims filed, issue check settlement and process payment to shop, suppliers and other claims related expenses. Ensure the processing follow the Policies, Regulations and Guidelines set by the company

• Analyze and verify the authenticity/validity of documents submitted and recommend an adjuster to handle the investigation of the claim, if warranted, to ensure only legitimate claims are processed.
• Prepare/submit recommendation as to compensability/non-compensability of claims
• Set up correct loss reserves by careful review/evaluation of claim documents and applying the correct deductible/depreciation to ensure adequate reserves in our account
• Reduce the expenses by minimizing claims related costs to improve the overall claims results
• Evaluate that loss/damage of vehicle is properly assessed according to the terms and conditions of thepolicy
• Manage the complaints and monitor its timely resolution to ensure satisfied customers
• Claims with potential recovery opportunities by careful analysis of documents submitted and timely endorsement to recovery section to ensure all possible recovery on monies paid by us will be obtained from the party at fault.
• Process the claim within the agreed turnaround time and process payments within the agreed credit terms.
• Conduct post loss review and provide feedback to IS (e.g. any claims involving suspected fraud, any risk which requires review due to an adverse loss ratio, etc.) Support and implement the sustainability initiatives of the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good communication skills – written and oral; Analytical, and interpersonal skillsFresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Attended Non-Life Insurance Courses / Seminars are an advantage
• Graduate of 4 year College / University, preferably Business Course.Amenable to work on site in Makati
