Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Provide accurate insurance quotes and policy recommendations based on client requirements.
- Assist clients in filing claims and resolving any issues with their insurance policies.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working Conditions: Flexible working hours with the potential for remote work.
