- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to assess their insurance needs.
- Provide clients with customized insurance solutions based on individual financial goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends.
- Support clients in navigating claims processes and answering inquiries.
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to streamline processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in sales or insurance
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Wealth management and financial services knowledge
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented with excellent analytical abilities
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with insurance products and services
