Call Center Agent

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated Junior Call Center Agents to join our Corporate Banking Relationship team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, career shifters, or candidates with 1–2 years of work experience who are eager to build a career in corporate banking support. No BPO experience is required. You will handle client interactions, support relationship managers, and help deliver reliable service to corporate banking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with corporate banking clients in a professional, courteous manner
• Assist clients with basic account inquiries, transaction follow-ups, and service requests
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns efficiently
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems
• Follow security, compliance, and data privacy guidelines
• Meet quality and productivity standards set by the team

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates, career shifters, or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome
• No BPO experience required
• Excellent conversational communication skills in English
• Willing to work fixed night shift and on weekends/holidays
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and dependable
