Position Overview


As an Insurance Agent at FWD Life Philippines, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve financial security and peace of mind. You will educate clients about FWD’s wide range of insurance and investment solutions, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the company’s mission of transforming the insurance experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Client Engagement: Identify and approach potential clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.


  • Sales and Relationship Management: Promote and sell FWD Life insurance products, including life insurance, health protection, and investment-linked plans.


  • Financial Planning: Assist clients in creating tailored financial plans that address their personal goals and future needs.


  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients understand their policies and assisting with claims and policy updates.
  • Networking and Market Development: Build and maintain a network of clients through referrals, events, and social media.


  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and client interactions comply with FWD’s policies, as well as regulatory requirements.

Requirement

  • Undergraduate, with work experience atleast 1 year or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or financial advising is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and social media for client engagement.
  • Willing to obtain the necessary certifications.
