Qualifications:

• Sales skills: Ability to find clients, explain products clearly, negotiate, and close sales.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication and good customer service.
• Knowledge of insurance: Understanding of medical, life, health, property, or other insurance products.
• Customer relationship skills: Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Computer skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools.
• Experience: Insurance industry work background
• Personal qualities: Self-motivated, target-driven, trustworthy, organized, and resilient.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Provide expert advice on various insurance products and services.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals tailored to the individual client.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and offer accurate information.

Salary range: 25K-30K
