Responsibilities

• Provide financial advice to clients on insurance, savings, and budgeting.

• Analyze personal financial data and create personalized financial plans.

• Evaluate clients' financial status and recommend strategies for improvement.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success.

• Stay updated with industry trends, insurance products, and financial solutions.

• Meet activity goals and contribute to team targets and overall business growth.

Work Arrangement

• Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (One Ayala + field-based client visits).

• 2x per month face-to-face meetings; remaining schedule dedicated to client consultations and field work.

Qualifications

• Diploma Course

• Experience level, 1–3 years experience in financial consulting, advisory, sales, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
