Develop strong relationships through superior customer service to maintain client loyalty and build referral business.
Achieve or exceed set performance targets aligned with Team Celyn's objectives.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and the regulatory landscape of the insurance and superannuation industry.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Experience Level: No prior experience is required, though experience in sales or insurance is beneficial.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent sales skills, strong understanding of insurance policies, adept in insurance processing, and proficient in customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assessing client needs, selling insurance policies, processing insurance claims, maintaining client records, and achieving sales targets.
Working Conditions: Office setting with potential site visits to clients. Must be willing to work outside regular office hours when needed.
Qualities and Traits: Exceptional communication skills, ethical conduct, resilience, self-motivation, and a professional demeanor.
