Job Description
ALC INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR
Location: Pasay City
Salary: ₱30,000/month-₱35,000/month
Industry: Construction
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of construction experience
• At least 3 years actual experience in ALC/AAC panel installation
• Experience in commercial or high-rise projects is preferred
• Can read and understand architectural drawings, ALC shop drawings, and installation details
•Knowledge of:
o ALC/AAC panel installation and alignment
o Steel brackets, supports, and anchors
o Joint treatment and sealants
o Panel cutting and adjustment
o Installation around doors, windows, columns, beams, and slabs
• Experienced in supervising ALC installers and manpower
• Able to monitor daily productivity, work quality, and installation progress
• Knowledge of basic QA/QC and safety requirements, including work-at-height safety
• Can coordinate effectively with Site Engineers, QA/QC, and other trades
