Key Responsibilities

• Apply sealants, caulking, and waterproofing materials to designated joints, seams, and surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, drying, and removing old sealants or debris.
• Inspect and identify areas requiring sealing, repair, or waterproofing.
• Ensure proper application techniques to prevent leaks, drafts, and structural issues.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow company safety guidelines, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks on schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in sealant application, construction, or a related field.
• Knowledge of different types of sealants and their proper usage.
• Good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights and in varying environmental conditions.
• Basic understanding of safety standards and construction procedures.
• TESDA certification or relevant technical training is an advantage.
