Key Responsibilities

• Install and assemble prefabricated container units on-site
• Perform structural modifications such as cutting openings, welding, and framing
• Install interior components (walls, insulation, flooring, ceilings)
• Fit doors, windows, electrical conduits, and plumbing systems
• Read and interpret technical drawings and container layout plans
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic welding equipment
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project teams
• Conduct quality checks and ensure proper alignment and sealing
• Follow safety standards and proper handling of heavy materials

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate or vocational graduate (TESDA or equivalent preferred)
• Experience in container van conversion, construction, or modular building installation
• Basic knowledge of welding, carpentry, electrical, or plumbing works
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site
