The Mason/Carpenter is responsible for performing masonry and carpentry works required for construction, renovation, and installation projects. The role involves building, repairing, and installing structures and finishes while ensuring that all work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform masonry works such as plastering, concrete finishing, block laying, tiling, and minor civil works.
• Carry out carpentry works including formworks, framing, partition installation, and finishing works.
• Install glass panels, doors, windows, and related fixtures as required by the project.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble construction materials accurately.
• Repair and maintain damaged structures, fixtures, and finishes.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and properly.
• Ensure all work complies with project requirements, quality standards, and building regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Observe and comply with company safety policies and site safety procedures.
• Perform other construction-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
