Position: Multi-Skilled Carpenter / Mason

Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry and masonry works, including repairs, installations, and finishing.
• Interpret basic plans, measurements, and project specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Conduct building maintenance, repair, and renovation activities.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with other construction-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Graduate.

• NC II Certification in Carpentry, Masonry, or a related trade is preferred.

• Experience in carpentry, masonry, or general construction work.

• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and safety practices.

• Physically fit and willing to perform fieldwork.

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
