- Assist in various construction tasks related to building projects.
- Operate machinery and tools under supervision.

- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in housing construction preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of building materials, safety protocols, and construction techniques.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor environment, physically demanding, and potentially hazardous.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, teamwork skills, attention to detail, and adaptability are essential.
