- Install various structures such as walls, floors, and roofs using wood and masonry.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials with precision.
- Collaborate with contractors and other tradespeople.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and building codes.
- Perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in installation, masonry, and carpentry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in using hand and power tools; strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Often outdoors, in various weather conditions; physically demanding with occasional lifting.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, teamwork orientation, and excellent time management.
