Job Requirements

• At least High School Graduate
• With experience as a Mason
• Knowledgeable in masonry, concrete work, and basic construction
• Skilled in bricklaying, plastering, and cement work
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor
• Hardworking, reliable, and responsible
• Can work independently or as part of a team
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to be assigned in Ermita, Manila

Responsibilities

• Perform masonry and basic construction work
• Prepare and mix cement, mortar, and other construction materials
• Perform plastering, bricklaying, and concrete repairs
• Repair and maintain walls, floors, ceilings, and other structures
• Assist with renovation and maintenance projects
• Use masonry tools and equipment properly and safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow hospital safety and workplace procedures
• Report structural or maintenance issues to the supervisor
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
