The Mason is responsible for performing masonry works such as laying bricks, concrete blocks, tiles, and other construction materials for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role requires knowledge in construction procedures, proper use of tools, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform masonry works including plastering, concreting, tiling, and block laying.
• Interpret construction plans and follow project specifications.
• Mix cement, mortar, and other construction materials.
• Repair and maintain walls, floors, and other structures.
• Ensure quality workmanship and accurate measurements.
• Operate and maintain masonry tools and equipment properly.
• Follow safety procedures and company regulations at all times.
• Assist other construction workers when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate.
• With experience in masonry and construction works.
• TESDA NCII in Masonry is an advantage.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site.
• Knowledgeable in using masonry tools and equipment.
• Hardworking, reliable, and can work with minimal supervision.
