Job Description
- Perform installation of solar PV systems including mounting structures, solar panels, inverters, and balance-of-system components
- Assist in site preparation, layout, and material handling
- Conduct basic electrical connections under supervision of the Electrician or Engineer
- Perform troubleshooting, minor repairs, and replacement of PV system components when required
- Comply with company safety standards, site safety rules, and installation procedures
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely and quality installation works
- Provide installation updates and report site concerns to the supervisor/electrician
- Maintain proper use and care of tools, equipment, and materials
