Description
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Engage potential clients through effective sales pitches and presentations
- Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions and sales performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during the sales process
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Skills and Competencies:Strong proficiency in English language
- Skills and Competencies:Excellent customer service skills
- Skills and Competencies:Experience in call center environments
- Skills and Competencies:Proven ability in sales pitching and closure
- Skills and Competencies:Familiarity with outbound sales strategies and B2B sales
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a B2B sales environment and a strong outbound calling mindset
