Description
- Assist the sales team by providing seamless support and coordination throughout the sales process.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to assist in strategy formulation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
- Drive B2B sales through client outreach, product pitching, and onboarding support.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years combined experience in sales and staffing. Preferably with B2B sales background or experience in job board services.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate sales strategies and approaches clearly.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
