Description
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for employees.
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Help manage and maintain IT inventory and asset tracking.
- Participate in software and system testing, providing feedback for improvements.
- Assist in the development and documentation of IT policies and procedures.
- Help prepare training materials and support user training sessions.
- Support the implementation of IT projects as needed.
- Perform routine system backups and data recovery tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on various IT initiatives.
Requirement
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT support principles.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
