Job Summary

Lead a team handling email operations, spam and abuse mitigation, phishing investigations, and Trust and Safety workflows in a 24x7 environment. Drive operational excellence, SLA compliance, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Email Operations, Email Security, Trust and Safety, or SOC environments

3+ years of hands-on Splunk experience

Strong knowledge of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email infrastructure

Experience managing teams in a 24x7 BPO or operations environment

Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

Willing to work onsite or hybrid in Taguig

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of analysts

Ensure SLA, productivity, and quality targets are achieved

Monitor and mitigate spam, phishing, spoofing, and abuse activities

Conduct RCA and incident reviews

Build dashboards and reports using Splunk

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
