Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a Lean-Pro Information Systems and Technology Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and management of the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and technology operations.

This role is responsible for ensuring that technology supports business goals through secure, stable, scalable, and efficient IT systems. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on IT leader with strong experience in infrastructure management, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, IT governance, vendor management, and team leadership.

The Information Systems and Technology Manager will work closely with leadership and department stakeholders to identify technology needs, implement solutions, manage IT projects, strengthen system security, and improve overall technology performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with organizational goals and business priorities
• Collaborate with leadership and department heads to identify technology needs and recommend practical solutions
• Lead IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and successful execution
• Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of hardware, software, networks, systems, and applications
• Ensure the stability, scalability, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure and business systems
• Manage cloud platforms, virtualization tools, and other technology solutions that improve operational efficiency
• Develop, implement, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Oversee cybersecurity practices, including IT security policies, risk monitoring, audits, and mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, internal policies, and relevant industry standards
• Implement best practices for data storage, backup, recovery, access control, and system documentation
• Manage the development, deployment, integration, and maintenance of business applications
• Work with departments to customize systems and applications that support operational needs
• Oversee IT support services and helpdesk operations, including response times, resolution times, and service quality
• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to ensure strong performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Manage vendor relationships, technology contracts, and service provider performance
• Develop and manage the IT budget, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Maintain updated IT policies, procedures, process documentation, system records, and configuration files
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovations that can support business growth



Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, IT operations, infrastructure management, or a similar leadership role
• Proven experience managing IT systems, infrastructure, networks, and enterprise technology environments
• Strong background in IT project management, including planning, execution, implementation, and evaluation
• Experience managing IT in a high-demand environment such as a call center, BPO, enterprise, or similar operational setting
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, data protection, and IT compliance
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies, database management, ERP systems, and enterprise applications
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, ITIL, NIST, or similar standards
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong financial acumen in IT budgeting, vendor negotiation, resource planning, and cost control
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize complex technical and operational needs
• Willing to relocate to Dumaguete (relocation will be provided)
