Responsibilities

1. Brand Representation: Act as a primary face of the brand across social media, livestreams, and events, maintaining a pleasant, consistent, professional, and fun persona.
2. Content Collaboration: Partner with Content Strategists to plan and produce engaging content (videos, live sessions, street interviews).
3. Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor followers’ comments and interactions, evaluate engagement data, and suggest directions to help foster a supportive brand community.
4. Performance Goals: Work toward specific KPIs (followers, engagement rate, conversions), regularly reviewing progress with the Content Supervisor and Influencer Content Manager.
5. Feedback & Adaptation: Incorporate editorial feedback, refine personal style, and experiment with new formats or content angles to keep audiences engaged.
6. Compliance: Uphold brand guidelines, disclaimers, and relevant regulations in all public-facing activities.
7. Aesthetic Presentation: Assess and improve styling and appearance to ensure a visually appealing and engaging presentation.
8. Audience Sensitivity & Growth: Stay highly attuned to audience responses, adjusting personal presentation and content style based on user preferences. Continuously gather feedback to refine on-camera presence, tone, and topics to sustain and grow the follower base.
9. Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in video shooting and editing, producing content that reinforces brand identity across personal and official channels.
10. Content Trend Development: Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in content creation, generating creative ideas and actively contributing to posts, videos, graphics, livestreams, and interactive elements for campaigns.
11. Personal Social Media Expansion: Develop and maintain personal social media profiles with support from the Content Team, ensuring a consistent and appealing presence across platforms.
