• Responsible for the analysis and improvement of production processes to enhance operational efficiency at minimal cost
• Analyze, review data, and generate manufacturing standards
• Document and evaluate all results/data in implemented projects and processes
• Develop and achieve departmental/company goals and controls; suggest improvements in cost reduction, processes, quality, and productivity
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines
• Plan, manage, and monitor production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery of customer orders
• Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate superior

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering
• At least one (1) year working experience in Industrial Engineering applications, preferably in manufacturing and logistics
• Detail-oriented, able to handle work pressure, and collaborate with various functional areas
• Able to accomplish responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical and system-oriented
