• Conduct internal operational audits and evaluations.

• Analyze workflow, processes, and system inefficiencies using industrial engineering tools.

• Plan, lead, and monitor improvement projects aligned with business goals.

• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KP|s) to measure effectiveness of operations.

• Use Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to management.

• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of operational improvement projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and project management tools.

• Knowledge of continuous improvement frameworks

(Lean, Six Sigma).

• Proven track record of leading improvement projects in manufacturing, logistics, or service environments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
