Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- With experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in production planning, process improvement, and workflow analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and production efficiency
- Assist in developing and improving work processes and procedures
- Conduct time studies and process analysis when needed
- Prepare reports and analyze production data
- Help optimize manpower, materials, equipment, and workflow
- Monitor production targets and performance
- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve operational concerns
- Assist in implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
