Scope of Work:

• Plan and organize project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards and budget requirements.
• Track and report project status, risks, expenses, and documentation.
• Maintain consistent communication with all project stakeholders to manage expectations effectively.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and project delays.
• Oversee project completion, turnover, and post-project evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any related course
• Willing to handle project management responsibilities
• Willing to learn CCTV and other security surveillance and alarm systems, including structured cabling, door and biometric access systems, turnstiles, and related technologies
• Demonstrates strong leadership, project management, and technical skills
• Possesses good oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and email correspondence
• Willing to conduct fieldwork to monitor and validate project progress when necessary
