The Industrial Engineering (IE) Analysts support operational efficiency by conducting detailed time studies, analyzing production workflows, and providing the essential data needed for production and manpower planning, productivity measurement, capacity analysis, and continuous process improvement. Their work strengthens decision-making by ensuring accurate, timely, and data-driven insights for operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry. (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Skilled in process review, time and motion study, and productivity improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
