Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity
• Conduct time and motion studies and work measurement analysis
• Prepare process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow documentation
• Monitor production or operational performance and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with different departments (Operations, HR, Accounting, etc.) for process alignment
• Assist in manpower planning and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Prepare reports, data analysis, and presentations for management
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply / or at least 1–2 years' experience (depending on requirement)
• Knowledge in process improvement, workflow analysis, and productivity tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

• Background in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
• Experience in time study and process documentation
• Familiarity with ERP systems or data management tools

Work Environment:

• Office and/or site-based (depending on company operations)
• May require fieldwork, site visits, or coordination with operations teams
