• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Open to fresh graduates; internship or on-the-job training experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent engineering design software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and support production activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in analyzing and improving production processes.
• Support production planning, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
• Prepare layouts, drawings, and documentation using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Monitor production data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with different departments to support manufacturing operations.
• Perform other engineering tasks assigned by the supervisor.
