Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in engineering roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Programming, Project Development, SysCad, DFM Analysis, Nastran, and Mechanical Engineering principles.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Design and optimize industrial processes, conduct DFM analysis, and collaborate on projects to enhance efficiency.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits; may involve teamwork and project management.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communicator, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
