Import/Export Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely shipments and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they arrive on time and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions, ensuring proper filing and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports on import/export activities, including cost analysis and performance metrics.
