(RESPONSIBILITIES)*
1. *Lead & Inspire*: Manage, train, and guide the operations team, setting clear priorities for daily tasks.
2. *Oversee Operations*: Ensure smooth, high-productivity workflows for all import shipments.
3. *Stay Compliant*: Apply your thorough knowledge of customs regulations and shipping policies to keep operations flawless.
(QUALIFICATIONS)*
1. *Credentials*: Must be a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB).
2. *Experience*: 5+ years of proven experience as an Import Supervisor.
3. *Background*: College graduate of Business Administration or any related field.
4. *Expertise*: Deep mastery of general freight forwarding terms, conditions, and customs regulations.
5. *Leadership Traits*: Proactive, self-managing, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a team environment.
6. *Location*: Open to candidates willing to work in Sucat, Parañaque.
Preference given to applicants from Parañaque, Las Piñas, Taguig, Muntinlupa, Pasay, and nearby areas in Cavite or Laguna.
