Project Development Officer for Permits & Regulatory in Makati upto 100k


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in permitting, regulatory affairs, or project development within the energy, renewable energy, power generation, transmission, or large-scale infrastructure sector.
  • Proven experience securing government permits and coordinating with LGUs, national agencies, and regulatory bodies.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine permitting and regulatory processes.
  • Experience working with host communities, government stakeholders, and third-party consultants.
  • Familiarity with environmental permitting, land acquisition, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent project coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end permitting and regulatory compliance for infrastructure and energy projects.
  • Prepare and submit permit applications and regulatory documents.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, LGUs, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Monitor permit timelines, identify regulatory risks, and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain permit records and provide regular project status updates.
