• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and reliability of facility mechanical systems, including HVAC, chillers, and water distribution systems.
• Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and operational issues to identify effective corrective and preventive solutions.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure the optimal performance of facility systems and equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system faults to minimize equipment downtime.
• Inspect, repair, calibrate, and test facility equipment and system components to maintain operational efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, occupational health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Conduct routine inspections, performance evaluations, and quality checks to verify the safe and efficient operation of plant and facility systems.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance equipment performance, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to junior technicians and maintenance personnel.
• Prepare maintenance records, inspection reports, compliance documentation, and daily operational updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to support maintenance projects and facility improvements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has a Bachelor's or Diploma degree in engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in the same capacity.
