This is a roving field-service role requiring daily site visits to residential, commercial, and industrial client locations within Metro Manila.


The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning systems, particularly VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) and Chilled Water Systems.


Qualifications

  • At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience as an Aircon Technician, HVAC Technician, or Service Technician.
  • Experience in commercial or industrial air conditioning systems is preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in HVAC systems, VRF systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, or similar), and Chilled Water Systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of air conditioning equipment.
  • Familiarity with HVAC tools and testing equipment such as manifold gauges, clamp meters, and multimeters.
  • TESDA NC II in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Servicing (RAC) is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and willing to perform field work.
  • Willing to travel within Pasig, Makati, Mandaluyong, Taguig, and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related issues.
  • Service and maintain VRF, Chilled Water, and other commercial air conditioning systems.
  • Conduct system inspections and performance testing.
  • Monitor refrigerant levels, electrical components, and overall equipment condition.
  • Prepare service reports and document completed work.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules, findings, and recommendations.
  • Travel to various project and client sites as required.
