WE'RE HIRING: HVAC TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

Knowledgeable in the installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of HVAC systems, including Window-Type, Split-Type, Packaged Air Conditioning Units (PACUs), Multi-Split/VRF Systems, and Chillers

Holder of Commercial Air-Conditioning Installation and Servicing NC III certification or with 1–2 years of verifiable experience in the air-conditioning industry

Able to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and blueprints

Physically fit and willing to conduct site surveys, fieldwork, and travel to project sites as needed

Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and proper use of PPE is an advantage

Priority will be given to applicants with team leadership experience or those who have their own installation team

Job Responsibilities:

Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems

Perform preventive maintenance, system cleaning, refrigerant handling, leak detection, and equipment repairs

Carry out system start-up, testing, commissioning, and performance verification

Read technical drawings and coordinate with engineers, supervisors, clients, and project teams

Ensure compliance with safety standards while maintaining company tools and equipment in excellent condition
