- Educational Qualifications: NC2 Certificate or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required but experienced is advantage
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting HVAC systems and performing building maintenance tasks.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Varied environments including residential and commercial settings; may involve physical labor.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
