Description
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Supervise and train junior technicians on-site during installations and repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and services to prevent system failures.
- Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements and Expertise
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 10+ years with NCIII certificate
- Expertise: VRF system, Chilled Water system, Commercial and residential air-conditioner
- Skills and Competencies: Installation, Maintenance, Repair, Troubleshooting, Site Supervision
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in supervising and training staff
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
