Job Title: HVAC Digital Solutions Engineer (100% Remote)

Location: Work From Home (Philippines)

Shift: Night Shift (10 PM Start) | Status: Full-Time

Monthly Salary: Php 90,000 Gross 

The Role

We are looking for a Digital Building Engineer to bridge the gap between mechanical HVAC systems and advanced cloud analytics. You will be responsible for deploying Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) tools and building Digital Twin models to optimize building performance globally.

Critical Requirement: You must have prior experience configuring HVAC analytics and building digital twin models of HVAC equipment.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical degree. (Equivalent industry experience of 5–6 years may be considered).

Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, Controls, or Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD).

Technical Protocols: Exposure to BACnet, Haystack, oBIX, or Modbus.

Networking: Familiarity with firewalls, servers, and basic networking commands.

Bonus Skills: Experience with metadata tagging (Project Haystack) and ongoing commissioning (performance measurement & verification).

Core Responsibilities

Digital Onboarding: Install Data Collection Services and organize data discovery for global building projects.

FDD Optimization: Troubleshoot diagnostics to perform automated fault detection on client HVAC equipment.

Validation: Review software findings and validate automated results to ensure peak accuracy.

Customer Training: Educate partners on Data Transfer Services, connectivity, and networking troubleshooting.

Product Innovation: Identify process efficiencies and communicate product development ideas to leadership.
