Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Vocational Diploma in a related technical field.
• NC II Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC), Electrical Installation and Maintenance, or a related trade is required.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of split-type, window-type, and centralized air conditioning systems.
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
• Skilled in diagnosing HVAC issues and performing corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic electrical wiring, controls, and troubleshooting related to HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Knowledge of HVAC safety standards, refrigerant charging, and leak detection procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including split-type, window-type, and centralized air conditioning units.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
• Diagnose HVAC issues and perform timely repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Carry out refrigerant charging, leak detection, and system performance testing.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and maintenance related to HVAC equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Ensure compliance with HVAC safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and assist in resolving facility-related concerns.
• Coordinate with the Facilities team to ensure all HVAC systems are operating efficiently.
• Perform other duties related to facilities maintenance as assigned.
