Position: Mechanical Engineer (HVAC Experience)

Address: Plaza Victoria Building, Sto. Domingo, Angeles City, Pampanga

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate HVAC system cost estimates for residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Perform quantity take-offs for ducting, piping, equipment, and materials
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and quotations
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers during bid preparation
• Maintain updated cost databases and estimation tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in HVAC estimation or mechanical construction (preferred)
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, and piping works
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Proficient in MS Excel and estimation software
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in commercial HVAC projects
• Knowledge of local construction codes and standards
• Strong communication and coordination skills
