Description

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role is key in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting our commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate pre-employment background checks, reference checks, and offer letters.
  • Manage new hire orientation, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and onboarding documentation.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries.
  • Assist in addressing employee concerns and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Support HR Manager with employee engagement initiatives and events.

Benefits Administration:

  • Assist with the enrollment and maintenance of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
  • Manage benefits-related documentation and communication with employees.
  • Coordinate open enrollment periods and support employees with benefits inquiries.

Compliance and Recordkeeping:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with preparing HR reports, including turnover, headcount, and other key metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations is a plus.
