Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Psychology or any related course.
• At least 5 years of work experience in HR Business Partner role.
• Experience working as HR Generalist in BPO Industry.
• Willing to work at shifting schedule
• Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with operations and assist leader in identifying the workforce needs of the company.
• Developing solutions that will support the company productivity and lead initiatives in employee engagement.
• Responsible in handling employee issues and conflict resolution.
• Maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Preparing accurate HR reports and presentations for leadership review.
