We are looking for a results-driven HR Business Partner who can translate people data into strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable engaging with senior leadership. Must be able to speak and write in both English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide data-backed HR insights and regular talent reports to leadership
• Partner with department heads to design, implement, and track KPIs aligned with company goals
• Analyze attrition trends, identify flight risks, and lead targeted retention initiatives
• Support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and new hire integration

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as HRBP or HR Manager
• Strong background in performance management, OKRs, or KPI design
• Proven experience using HR metrics and analytics to address turnover and retention
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid business acumen with understanding of how HR impacts revenue and growth
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
• Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin
