The HR Business Partner Associate provides administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partner team in delivering HR programs and daily people operations. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to learn HR processes and support both employees and business objectives.


Key Job Responsibilities


HR Operations & Support

  • Assist the Senior HR Manager and HRBP team in implementing HR programs and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and day‑to‑day operations.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires (orientation scheduling, documentation, system setup).
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR records.
  • Update HR systems with employee movements (new hire, transfer, resignation).

Performance Management Support

  • Track performance evaluation schedules and follow up with employees and managers.
  • Assist in consolidating performance appraisal data and preparing reports.
  • Send reminders to ensure timely submission of performance evaluations.

Vendor Management & HR Administration

  • Support vendor management activities such as updating masterlists and validating billings.
  • Assist in processing third‑party agency documents and invoices.
  • Coordinate with manpower agencies regarding staffing updates and documentation.
  • Support employee exit clearance processing for direct and agency‑hired employees.
  • Assist in company uniform coordination for Head Office and Retail employees.

Employee Engagement & Coordination

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Help gather employee feedback and support engagement initiatives.
  • Provide basic coordination support for employee relations documentation under guidance.

Reporting & Data Support

  • Prepare basic HR reports (onboarding, resignations, performance completion).
  • Assist in monitoring HR metrics and compliance timelines.
  • Support audits and ensure required HR documentation is complete.

Qualifications (Entry Level)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Internship or exposure to HR.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and policies
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to learn HR systems, processes, and new tasks
  • Flexible, proactive, and eager to grow in Human Resources
